Interior completion
Interior finishing trades
Ceilings, wall coverings, flooring, wallpaper, and tile. We describe each trade below, from the substrate preparation to the finished surface.
Carpentry & partitions
Ceilings, wood wall coverings, and movable partitions
Suspended ceilings, wood wall panelling, and reconfigurable movable partitions are fitted to the layout and finish levels set for each interior.
Work is measured on site, framed to the structure, and finished to the surface tolerances required by the project.

Floor coverings
Parquet, wood floors, carpet, and linoleum

Wood flooring
Parquet and solid wood floors
Parquet and other wood floor coverings are laid over a prepared, level subfloor and finished to the specified pattern and joint layout.
Soft & resilient
Carpet and linoleum installation
Contract carpets and resilient linoleum coverings are installed with seams and edges prepared to suit the room's traffic and use.

Wall finishes
Wallpaper and decorative linings
Wallpaper hanging follows a set sequence: the wall is inspected, filled, and sanded, then sized and hung in plumb drops with matched joints.
1. Prepare the substrate
Surfaces are checked for level, moisture, and loose material before any covering is applied.
2. Size and hang
Wallpaper is pasted, folded to relax, and hung plumb with joints aligned to the wall and window lines.
3. Trim and finish
Edges, sockets, and corners are trimmed cleanly so the finished wall reads as one continuous surface.
4. Decorative linings
Architectural wall linings are installed alongside wallpaper where a project calls for a wood or textured finish.
